E-Design - what the heck is it??

E-Design, online interior design services, virtual interiors, you may have heard about it, but what exactly is it?

Like the name suggests, online interior design is done online. The entire process involves working remotely with a designer using email and video calls when you want and from wherever you are located. The entire process takes place virtually!

This means our communication is super flexible. I might send you a design concept at 11am while you’re at work (or on holiday!) and you aren’t available to reply with your feeback until you get home. No problem!

Your local interior designers might only work Mon-Fri with no late night appointments available and you might have similar hours with no flexibility to take time off work. Add kids and their after-school activities, friends, trips to the gym and getting enough sleep (what’s that, right?), you may not have time to meet with a local designer face to face, even if you don’t have a traditional 9-5 job.

Virtual interior design makes it easy for the working Mum, (who we all know already has a full to-do list), to get professional, personalised design help without ever leaving their house, when you want and from wherever you are located. The entire process takes place using the power of the internet - isn’t technology fantastic! (most of the time)
